All those who know James A. Raynor by his nickname “Bogus” will be happy to hear that he has received a special Army Commendation Medal from the Department of the Army.  He was cited for exceptionally meritorious service while serving as a Biological Surveillance Specialist for the 13th Chemical Company.  He was praised for his technical and tactical expertise, performance, and dedication to duty which reflected great credit not only on him but the Second Chemical “Red Dragon” Battalion in the United States Army.  Bogus was stationed in Texas, but now he is a little bit closer to New York.  He is stationed in Fort Eustis, Virginia.  I’m sure all of us are happy to hear of his special commendation.  Brother Tom congratulated him in a phone conversation and assured him that he would be welcome to pay us a visit at any time.  Great going Bogus!
